I've acted as HR Business Partner in a multinational automotive company, working on projects involving business units in Latin America and other regions (NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA). Experience supporting different clients such as: Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Supply Chain Communication and Legal.

Throughout this time, I've been planning, implementing and managing projects, programs and processes involving all HR subsystems: Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Career & Succession Plan, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Diagnosis, Change Management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Internal Communications, International Mobility and expatriation knowlegde, among others.
