Sounds like you need to learn and apply what you learn to then eventually become an "expert". We all start without having an expertise. If everyone didn't start, then no one would have any expertise is any field.
To become wealthy in any field, there are two parts: 1) Daily Habits 2) Mindset to consistently execute those habits. The 1st part may take some work but is relatively easy. It is a combination of learning, taking action and then review/learn/make required changes, repeat. The 2nd part is perhaps more challenging in that how does one continue to be disciplined enough mentally to continuously fail before eventually seeing the fruits of their labor. Self hypnosis, self care, journaling etc help with this process.
From a mindset standpoint, one can explore 1) the reason you'd like to be successful (in most cases, it is a certain feeling you are after vs the actual material thing) 2) the mental roadblocks that impact you 3) utilizing self hypnosis and visualization to supercharge your daily habits that help you get there 4) acquiring the required skills, learning, etc..having a growth mindset
I'm an introvert also and believe you could pursue almost any career and be successful. With a growth mindset, you can look at any challenge as an opportunity to learn and become better. For example, I pursued a career in Sales (despite being an introvert). I found that by forcing myself to be uncomfortable, I was able to develop enhanced social skills and the ability to engage in public speaking.
