•11+ years experience in benefits consultation, policy creation, analysis, benchmarking,
vendor management and implementation on AsiaPac (PH, AUS, NZ, HK and SG regions).
• Experience in personnel handling, training and financial management initiatives
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding, talent screening and onsite set up of Human Capital and Clinic Management’s activities, events and projects
• Experience in HRIS system migration for benefits
• Experience in client support, broker and partnered companies (internal and external)
• Knowledge in utilization of ServiceNow, Sharepoint, Power BI, Peoplesoft HRIS, Adobe Photoshop, Taleo, Iris, Oracle HRMS, Visio and Microsoft Office Tools
• Good communication and written skills
