How would you target clients for a property broker using Facebook ads?

How would you target clients for a Paris property broker on Facebook ads who advocates for anglophone property buyers? My client is a property broker in Paris for Anglophones who can't speak French. She is basically an advocate for the buyer and has access to most real estate agencies listings. I found interests such as Paris, French cuisine, First class travel, overseas property, tourism in paris, real estate, luxury goods and of course earning over 150k annually. I also insights to find some publications etc like new yorker. How else would you narrow the target audience? Im using the digitalmarketer.com strategies. Thanks for any help.

Facebook ads are heavily influenced by your 'keywords'. For every ad you identify and carefully implement key words and and also pinpoint where (as in geographical location) you're targeting.

Hey there,

A big one is location = Paris but language = English, among others. I get it's not B2B, but LinkedIn has some really good targeting for this context IMO (i.e. went to a British, Australian, US universities living in France)

Best of luck!
