Can I have some advice/references on how to maintain user retention on a social media app that I developed?
I would like to know how often should I measure user retention (on a weekly or monthly basis)? Also I have no idea on how to maintain user retention on my social media app and would like an effective starting point.
The first step is measurement. Do you have a gauge as to how long people are engaging with you app? Typically companies use Appsflyer or Kovchava to measure app installs and behavior. Once you can see where and when people are dropping off you can get a good understanding of what dev changes you need to make.
