Find people you admire who accomplished goals you don’t know how to, talk to and learn from them.
It’s helpful to speak to entrepreneurs your own age.
Lesson: Idea Execution with Noor Siddiqui
Step #3 Resources: Find experts and mentors to help guide your idea execution
I think the best thing to do is to find people who you admire or trust, or you think have accomplished things that you don't know how to accomplish and talk to them about your problems. Specifically, for me, I talked to people who've sold software as a service; exited companies. People who've worked in healthcare IT; building a base of clinicians. I talk to people who were solving various aspects of the problem we're trying to solve.
And it's also really useful to talk to entrepreneurs your own age, because they're also, I guess, equally experienced, so it's refreshing or maybe validating to see them struggle in the same ways you struggle.
But I wouldn't spend much time talking to them because they also don't know about much of what they're doing. You should probably spend more time talking to people who have a great track record, sold their company, or their company is profitable, or for whatever reason they're wherever you want to be.
