45 years of business experience, 7 companies started, over a dozen startups, 4 different careers, many many jobs and have lived all over NA ;) I now specialize in Website, social media marketing, video marketing for small business and starting new projects/businesses. I am an incredible wealth of information and you will never go without an answer to a question.
No simple answer to this question is there? I too am what I would call a outgoing introvert. ;) I have spoken in front of thousands, do part time motorsports announcing over the PA system and have started many businesses as well as worked in Sales my whole life and I still call myself an introvert. So what do I suggest you do? I suggest you just mentally harden up a bit and get to work. I know that's a bit tough, but that is usually all that it takes to move forward. If you are in business for yourself, if all is on the line to make sure sales are up and the business is growing, then you should cast aside your personal mind blocks and get down to the task at hand. Take one task at a time, one call at a time and move forward. You will find after a time, you won't be thinking about your "introvert" status and business will be good. Hope this helps. Cheers Rome
